Shipping & Returns.

 

Delivery of Goods

  1. We will arrange for delivery of the goods you order by the method, and to the address that you specify in the check-out procedure.

  2. We currently offer Standard Delivery across the UK and Europe (3 to 5 days to mainland UK addresses & 5 to 7 days to Europe) with actual delivery times being subject to the performance and terms of our third party delivery service provider.

  3. Note that Next Day Delivery is not available for those paying via PayPal and only applies to deliveries to mainland UK. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us, and we use third party service providers for deliveries.

  4. If you do not take delivery of the goods or fail to supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the goods. In this event, we will refund you the price of the goods, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

  5. If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the goods ordered, you must notify us by email within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

  6. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our third party delivery service provider is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Cancellation & Returns Policy

  1. Your rights to return goods purchased are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  2. Under these Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day after the day on which you, or your authorised receiver, physically received the goods). In this case:

    • Please contact us by either email or phone to arrange a return.

    • We will confirm your cancellation of purchase by email;

    • You should arrange to return the goods to us to the address listed in the Contacting Us section and marked with the cancellation of purchase confirmation email information; and,

    • Under the Regulations and for reasons of health protection and hygiene, where goods purchased by you have been opened and/or the tamper-evident seal has been broken after being received by you, you are not entitled to cancel your purchase and we will not be able to accept cancellation of purchase in such circumstances or offer a refund of the purchase price.

  3. Where you receive goods that are damaged upon your receipt of them, we will be happy to replace your product. In this case:

    • Keep all delivery and product packaging for inspection as we reserve the right to have you send this to us for validation of damage;

    • Contact us by either email or phone to arrange a replacement;

    • Send us photos or similar evidence of the relevant damaged goods;

    • We will then confirm by email our agreement to replace your goods and send out your replacement goods within 3 working days of the date of this email (provided that the goods are in stock). We may request that the goods and delivery packaging is returned to us for inspection prior to any replacement confirmation email being sent.

  4. Notwithstanding the above damaged goods return procedure, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the goods. Where the goods are proven to have been manufactured faultily then our liability extends to the cost of the replacement of the faulty goods.

  5. Any refunds shall include the cost of the goods paid by you in the original transaction, plus the cost of any standard postage rate.

  6. Any refunds shall be made within 14 days of the date of our email to you confirming such a refund and will be made to the method of payment used for the original purchase transaction.

  7. Where damage to the goods makes a return impossible, please contact us by email with details and photos of the damage, and we will do our best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
