We do not disclose buyer information to third parties other than when order details are processed through a third party as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

The description and specification of goods in the Website is only approximate and we reserve the right to make changes which do not materially affect the quality or performance of those goods.
We may correct any error appearing in the Website or withdraw any goods from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability are also subject to change without notice.

Ordering Products
You may order products from the Website by submitting a completed order form through the check-out procedure.
We will confirm acceptance of your order by email to the address you have given and the sending of this email (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.
All orders are subject to this confirmation of acceptance and are made in accordance with product availability and payment terms. Should the goods purchased not be in stock we will contact you by telephone or email and offer you the option to cancel the relevant order and receive a refund, to wait for those particular goods to return to stock, or to accept an alternative product.
We reserve the right to refuse to process any order for any reason or refuse service to any purchaser at any time at our sole discretion. We also retain the right to credit a transaction and cancel the order at any stage of the process prior to delivery.
Price & Payment
The price of the goods will be the price quoted in the Website at the time we accept your order. The price will include any applicable value added tax, but will exclude the cost of delivery.
In addition to the price of the goods, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted in the Website at the time we accept your order - unless you qualify for free delivery. The amount of these delivery charges varies according to the method of delivery and the delivery address you specify in your order.
Payment is made at the time we accept your order (the payment methods we accept are listed in the Website at the time you place your order, and currently include credit card and debit cards. Any refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your original payment method.
Although every care is taken in the quality of content in this Website, there may occasionally be an error and items may be mis-priced. In this event we will either (i) contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order; or, (ii) simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Use of Products
Raw materials contained within the goods sold are processed in a facility approved by the Kingdom of Bhutan’s Drug Regulatory Authority, with each batch being tested for a panel of heavy metals and mycotoxins (including Aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2, Aflatoxin Total, & Ochratoxin A, amongst others) at a UKAS-approved laboratory, based in the UK.
You are liable for your own use of the Product in accordance with the instructions for usage supplied on the Product’s bottle label and/or packaging box, and we can accept no liability for any loss or damages incurred by you where not used in accordance with these instructions.
General
Goods advertised in the Website are intended for sale to persons dealing as consumers and are not for re-sale.
The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us, so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties.
Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under the laws of England. If there is any dispute, the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Where purchase of the goods are to be made by you, you agree that you have the authority to make such purchases and remain liable for the cost incurred. Where purchase of the goods are made on behalf of a third party you agree that you have the authority from that third party to make the purchase and ensure payment or become liable for the cost of the purchase.
You should ensure any information provided is accurate and true to the best of your knowledge. Furthermore, you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use. All cases of fraud shall be reported to the Police.
By way of indemnity, you agree to fully indemnify Greenrock Limited, its directors, employees and suppliers, and hold harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these terms by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of the Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your information.
If any part of these Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Terms.
